ABOUT THE SYSTEM
Families participating in the Because they Waited™ Education System are given their own set of DVD's that they view at their convenience. Those participating in the certificate of completion portion of the program complete a series of questions via the Heart of the Matter Seminars website. Successful completion of the questions generates a certificate of completion. Partner agencies receive detailed monthly tracking reports.
